About this project

Every painting begins with a story, but it’s the viewer who completes it. Each individual brings their own emotions and perspective, transforming the same image into a personal narrative. To me, art is a collaboration—a shared moment where my work inspires new interpretations and stories in the eyes of each observer.

The pieces I create are manifestations of the different phases we encounter in life— occasions for crying, laughing, feeling good, or feeling bad. It is up to each of us to embrace those moments and transform them into something meaningful and positive.

Through perseverance, we gain the power not only to transform our own existence but also to touch the lives of others and reshape the world itself. My work is a reflection of this journey—of grappling with temptation, enduring pain, and ultimately finding the strength to keep moving forward. It’s a call to embrace our humanity, scars and all, and to recognize the profound beauty in the struggle.

  • Apples, glistening and ever-present, representing the sins and moral challenges that populate our lives. These apples are not merely passive objects—they are invitations, beckoning us to reach out and grasp them, to make choices that define our journey.

  • The bodies in my art bear wounds—visible scars of the struggles we endure. These injuries are not just marks of suffering but emblems of resilience. They speak to the universal truth that life often tests us, pushing us to our limits. Yet, the message is clear: no matter how battered or broken we feel, we must press on. Movement is life, and those who persevere, who rise despite the pain, are the ones who shape their destiny.

  • The snake weaves through my work as a powerful symbol of temptation, an ancient reminder of the inner battles we all face. It embodies the alluring pull of sin, whispering to us that the choice to yield or resist lies entirely in our hands.

  • Arms symbolize self-determination, the bridge between thought and action. They represent our ability to choose, reminding us that reaching for sin is a deliberate act. As tools of choice, they embody our autonomy and accountability in life's moral decisions.

A little story

When I was a kid, my mom had a strict rule—no one in the house was allowed to sleep past 8 AM. If she caught you still in bed, you were in trouble. She used to say, “A man in bed after 8 AM gets nothing but bad breath.”
